Shipping and delivery times

Our shipments are handled by our logistics partner, Wareclouds. Delivery times are:

Metropolitan Region is 48 business hours.

Rest of the Regions maximum 6 business days.

We ship to all of mainland Chile, from Arica to Punta Arenas, except Easter Island, Juan Fernández and Salas y Gómez Islands, and the Chilean Antarctic Territory.

The values ​​are displayed by Region in the Checkout of the website.

Each shipment is notified via email with the tracking number. In the Metropolitan Region, an email is sent when the order is on its way. We make up to two attempts to deliver the order to the same address. If delivery is unsuccessful, the customer must cancel the third attempt before it is shipped.

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the product on time and within the timeframe stipulated by the aforementioned companies. We will not be responsible for the loss or return of the product by the courier due to untimely delivery at the address. We are also not responsible for the loss of the product due to incorrectly provided addresses. We are only responsible for the loss of the product when this is the sole responsibility of the shipping company. In such cases, the same product will be sent subject to availability, exchange, or refund.
