Refund Policy
In the event of product failure or failure to meet the delivery deadline, a refund may be issued.
You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your shipment. To process a refund, you must contact us via email, sending a photo of the product with the defect and your order number.
After this, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Once received and verified as meeting the previously described conditions, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days.
** Returns are only for manufacturing defects, NOT for misuse ; for example: bent rings or pendants, marks on the silver, stones cracked by impacts, breakage of necklaces or chains due to pulling or external force, crushing or external pressure on the product, as well as the natural darkening of silver due to use, contact with air, pH of each person's skin, among others, which are a consequence of a completely normal process.
If the product is not in perfect condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use, no refund will be issued, and the product will be returned to the customer in the same way it was originally shipped.
All product changes are subject to stock.
Discounted or gifted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Jewelry purchased during the "Cyber" sale, "2 for 1," or online discounts or sales will be charged at the actual price paid.
