Once you make your purchase, you have 7 business days from the date your package arrives at its destination, regardless of whether you received it or not, to exchange your product. The product must be new, unused, and in perfect condition with its original packaging.

Once the product has been received at its origin and checked to ensure it is in perfect condition, there will be a maximum period of 10 business days to resend the exchanged product.

Earrings cannot be exchanged. For health and hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds will be issued for any reason.

Regarding the value of the purchased product, the actual price paid is considered.

Discounted or gifted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
