BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PURCHASE, WE ASSUME THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HAS BEEN READ AND ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER.

We're extending the return and exchange period only for purchases made between November 25, 2022 (start of Black Friday) and December 31, 2022.

Exchange or return policies
Once your purchase is complete, you have 7 business days from the date your package arrives at its destination, regardless of whether you've opened it or not, to exchange a product. Within this same period, you must send us the product you wish to exchange. The product must be new, unused, and in perfect condition, with its labels and packaging. The actual price of the purchased product will be considered the actual price paid. That is, if the product changes price during those days or was purchased while on sale, the difference must be paid until the current price of the new product is reached.
Once the product arrives, we will assess its condition. If it is not in perfect condition, or shows damage or signs of use, the product will be returned to the customer. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, as will the cost of shipping the new product. We only cover shipping costs if the product is defective (product warranty).
It's important to note that our policies do not cover refunds for regret or any other reason, only for product failure.
Changes can only be made once the product has arrived at its destination, not before. Once the purchase is made, you must wait until it arrives in your hands to initiate any type of change or modification. We do not make any changes or modifications to current and processed orders, i.e., purchases that have not yet been shipped.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Warranty
If the product presents defects or faults within 90 days (3 months) of the receipt or invoice being issued, you can send an email to hola@nomadasoul.com, explaining your situation, including a photo of the product and your order number. Once we receive the product at our office, we will send you an email indicating the approval or rejection of your return request. This way, if it is determined that the reason for the defect was due to the customer's fault or negligence, the legal warranty will not apply, and the product will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. If the warranty is approved, you can choose from the following solutions:
a) Choose to exchange the product. (Subject to stock availability)
b) Request free repair. (If the value is higher, you will have to pay the difference.)
c) Request a refund of the amount paid for the product.
In the latter case, the payment will be made to the bank account indicated by the customer within 10 business days of the request being approved.
** Returns are only for manufacturing defects, NOT for misuse ; for example: bent rings or pendants, marks on the silver, stones cracked by impacts, breakage of necklaces or chains due to pulling or external force, crushing or external pressure on the product, as well as the natural darkening of silver due to use, contact with air, pH of each person's skin, among others, which are a consequence of a completely normal process.
Packaging
All jewelry comes in a linen pouch inside a palm leaf basket handmade in Bali.
The number of pieces of jewelry sent in a package will be determined by our discretion, based on space efficiency. You can purchase four pieces of jewelry, and they will all come in the same packaging. At Nomada Soul, we care about our planet and try to generate as little unnecessary materials as possible. If you're purchasing as a gift, please send us an email to hola@nomadasoul.com with your purchase number, specifying the situation, and we'll add extra packaging.
